How to Place Your Order:

Choose your finishing options.
Click "Add to Cart" and proceed to checkout.
Send your files to rs@miacreativelab.com, and we'll provide a proof within 24 hours. We require your artwork approval to commence production.
Please remember to include your order number in the email and provide all necessary personalization details, such as names, images, colors, and contact information.

** Production Timeline **
Orders submitted on business days after 1:00 PM ET will be processed the following morning. Weekend orders will be processed on Mondays.

All orders will receive an electronic proof for your approval before production begins. Unless you specify otherwise, we'll proceed with printing once we receive your approval.

Turnaround times:

Design time: 24 hours
Production time: 48 hours
Shipping time: 3-5 days (expedite shipping available)

Please note that all orders, including file uploads and artwork approvals, must be received by 1:00 PM ET to avoid an extra day of delay.

For digital files, please allow 36 - 48 hours for completion after we've received all the necessary files.

** Artwork Tips **
Here are some key graphic considerations:

Width is always stated before height in dimensions (e.g., 10ft x 8ft is horizontal, while 8ft x 10ft is vertical).
Size and resolution are different. Size refers to width and height, while resolution pertains to dots per inch (dpi). We recommend a minimum of 150 DPI at real size. If you have questions, feel free to contact us for further guidance.
** Shipping Information **
Standard shipping times may be subject to delays by UPS, FedEx, or USPS. While every effort is made to meet delivery estimates, please be aware that delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Both Mia Creative Lab LLC and the shipping carriers will not issue refunds for delayed or missing packages.
